"rows" Possible Values

Possible Values
integer     Specifies the height in pixels.
integer%    Specifies the percent of the total height of the frameset.
integer*    Specifies the height of the frame as a relative value. 
            
            The remaining space is divided equally among all frames with 
            rows attribute values that take the integer* form.
