"replaceData()" Syntax, Parameters and Note
Note:
Replaces string with a new string.
Syntax:
textNodeName.replaceData(param1, param2, param3) // IE only
document.getElementById("commentID").replaceData(param1, param2, param3)
document.all.rumentID.replaceData(param1, param2, param3) // IE only
Parameters:
param1 Required; the first character in the string to replace.
param2 Required; the number of characters to replace.
param3 Required; the replacement string.
